Our business approach is very different than a consumer travel site. We operate in a private, members-only, wholesale environment passing along a large portion of booking discounts we receive from our suppliers to our members so that they receive the savings benefit.

The most commonly known and used travel companies lead you to believe you are getting a great hotel rate when they are actually marking the rooms up for their profit. Our goal is to save you as much money as possible.

Most of the popular public online booking engines you are familiar with are owned by two companies. They are subject to rate parity agreements with the hotels which means the price of the room can change regularly but must always remain the same across the distribution channels.

You will find worldwide booking options that include familiar brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Wyndham, Ritz Carlton and many others.

There is no minimum stay requirement and no blackout dates.

All the inventory is live and available for booking a reservation. Once your credit card is charged and approved your reservation is confirmed instantly and you will receive an email. You can also find your reservation information in the “My Account” menu on your membership site.

Sometimes our inventory is not directly from the hotel; however, your name and reservation are within the hotel system. You can call the hotel directly and they will be able to confirm your reservations.

At the bottom of the membership booking engine site, there is a “Cancel/Resend” link. Click on this and enter your email address and confirmation number and click on “Cancel Reservation” button. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist with your request. Please remember that each reservation has its own cancellation policy so please refer to your confirmation for the specific cancellation policy.

You may cancel or change your prepaid reservation unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the room you agree to purchase. Some cancellations or room-night reductions may result in a $10 (USD) per room, per night service fee. In addition, if you cancel or change your reservation after the cancellation policy period applicable to your hotel and room type, you may be subject to a one-night room rate, tax recovery charge, and service fees or greater penalties based on the terms of your reservation. Refunds may or may not be made for no-shows or early checkouts. See the room rate cancellation policies and other terms and conditions for complete details. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fee that you incur. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions and cancellation policies imposed on any completed reservation.

You will get great discounts on car rentals. The airline industry is highly regulated; therefore, we can’t provide great savings as we do with hotels and car rentals. We provide airline bookings as a convenience to our members.
