How do I cancel a reservation?
At the bottom of our booking engine website there is a link titled “Cancel/Resend”. Click on this link, enter your email address and confirmation number then click on the “Cancel Reservation” box. a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist in your request to cancel a reservation. Please remember that each reservation has its own cancellation policy so please refer to your confirmation for the specific cancellation policy.
